Photograph of three young men, two are wearing robes, the other is wearing western style shirt and trousers, standing in front of a painted cloth backdrop. Photographer Hamidou Maiga documented Malian society and youth culture in his portraits, this photograph was taken in 1973 in the studio he opened the same year. Black and white gelatin silver print, collected as part of the Fashioning Africa project.
